Year-round and especially in the lead-up to elections, VoteRiders fields calls and texts from people who are confused or have questions about whether they need to bring an ID to the polls<\/a> with them \u2014 or what kind of ID they can use to vote<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As more states enact voter ID laws (we\u2019re up to 38), we\u2019re seeing\u00a0more confusion than ever before<\/strong>: in 2023, we experienced a\u00a0287% increase<\/strong>\u00a0in calls and texts to our ID\u00a0Helpline<\/span>\u00a0relative to 2021.<\/p>\n

Voter ID laws create confusion and barriers to the ballot box.\u00a0<\/strong>VoteRiders is here to work with voters one-on-one to make sure they have what they need to vote, including in-person as well as the virtual and bilingual support we provide via our\u00a0Helpline<\/span>\u00a0and Chatbot. And we\u2019re massively scaling up to meet the needs of millions of voters before next year\u2019s presidential elections.<\/p>\n
