The first question for many voters in America remains a crucial one that can determine their ability to vote, or not. \u201c<\/span>Can I vote if I don\u2019t have an ID<\/span><\/a>?\u201d is that question, and there\u2019s no better person than Lauren Kunis<\/a>, CEO of VoteRiders<\/a>, to answer it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As Lauren points out in <\/span>her voter story<\/span><\/a>: \u201c<\/span>New voter ID laws<\/a>, most of them more restrictive, are passing at an unprecedented pace across the country. They place very real barriers in front of millions of Americans, but these barriers are not insurmountable! Make sure that voter ID is part of your plan to vote<\/a>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

US.VOTE<\/span><\/a> (<\/span>www.us.vote<\/span><\/a>) launched on Election Day 2023, or as many might view it, the first official day of the 2024 election season. As a new initiative of U.S. Vote Foundation, US.VOTE differentiates itself as a pure voter communications and outreach site. True to its promise, US.VOTE launched with the You\u2019re Eligible Situations – <\/span>YES Campaign<\/span><\/a> (<\/span>www.us.vote\/yes<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYES is all about asking the tricky questions that keep voters from the participating. It\u2019s incredible how many of these situations we\u2019ve identified and more keep coming forward. It\u2019s a dynamic campaign that will continue to grow. We pose the questions as \u2018Can I vote if\u2026.\u2019. We are super excited to have <\/span>VoteRiders\u2019 as a featured interview<\/span><\/a> right out of the gate,\u201d said Sara Kempner, Strategic Program Manager at U.S. Vote Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cLauren is what we call a \u2018voting champion\u2019 over here at the YES Campaign,\u201d continued Sara, \u201cShe provides actionable information and inspiration necessary to help transform citizens into voters.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

US.VOTE\u2019s collaboration with VoteRiders to overcome Voter ID barriers in the <\/span>YES Campaign<\/span><\/a> leverages the strengths of each organization. And the synergy of the YES Campaign and VoteRiders continues as ID questions emerge in interviews about <\/span>voting from college campuses<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>voting from tribal nations<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
