Which states offer free voter ID cards?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Voter ID cards are often used by people who don’t have one of the more common forms of acceptable voter ID (e.g. driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, military ID, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
