SEPTEMBER 8, 2022 \u2014\u00a0With the US midterms fast approaching, Snapchat has today\u00a0detailed some new steps<\/a>\u00a0that it\u2019s taking to encourage its users to vote, or register to vote, in preparation for upcoming polls.<\/p>\n

\"ScreenshotSnapchat has proven itself to be a\u00a0key connector on this front<\/a>, with the app\u2019s reach to young audiences helping to raise awareness around civic participation, and improve political engagement among younger groups.<\/p>\n

Snap\u2019s latest efforts will seek to encourage more youngsters to register to share their voice, while it\u2019s also launching a new \u2018Voting 101 hub\u2019 in the app, which will provide\u00a0instructional videos on how to participate.<\/p>\n

The new \u2018Voting 101\u2019 hub, meanwhile, will include a range of instructional videos on all aspects of the voting process.<\/p>\n
